Shipping & Returns

All orders are packed immediately and sent via Australia Post except for larger orders requiring boxing, which are sent via Couriers Please.

If you placed your order early in the day you will usually receive it the next day, with all orders regularly delivered by the day after next (excluding weekends as Australia Post and Couriers Please do not deliver on weekends).

If you have not received your order the next day or the day after next then please complete the contact us form immediately.

*Unfortunately, due to the increase in delivery cost caused by the pandemic we have had to pass some of that increase on to you our customers. Orders under $160 will now have a fee of $10 to deliver to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC. All orders to WA, TAS and NT will be $25. Please note it costs us more to ship your order than the flat fees detailed above that we have been forced to add and we hope you will understand.
